I think it's a brilliant idea.

Nothing shady about that. It's just one or two people speculating. As for the privacy thing, nearly all of the ProBoards forums are searchable in Google anyway, and the ones that aren't probably wouldn't come up on the radar.

Also, why would code-database forums want to be hidden when they post their URLs on this forum? Kinda silly, really.

I tried making accounts on both your boards without using the proboards "quick-connect" style and it kept saying the username was taken. Must be a bug.

I didnt realize you would use a regular name for your account on WC when you made it so you could scan the database. I have sent that account several PMs asking if you had any feedback or questions about things since you had been such a long time member before I one day realized it was a bot...

Thanks to those who reported the bug in the index (by e-mail and PM). I've fixed it now and it's rebuilding the index rapidly!!
