I doubt they aren't responding, use the code to check the status of your request I often still do. It still says, "Processing". maybe it just got lost or you submitted a more recent one and they answered that? I'm sure they wouldn't ignore that request without a reason, it's not in their interest to.

I played Runescape for many years and I've been both satisfied and annoyed with their customer support over that time.
My friend once paid $40.00 USD for 6 months membership. However, right when he paid he got banned from the game at the same time. For whatever reason it glitched the system and he did not receive his membership (even though he had the receipt). It was his first time paying for membership and he was nervous about it, so I was with him the entire time. I couldn't beleive it.
As you know, Runescape doesn't tend to respond to F2P players, so when he complained he didn't receive his membership, no one ever responded. He waited an entire month with nothing happening (his account was unbanned during that time, he had been banned in error).
He got so fed up he paid $40.00 again so Customer Support would respond to him (why he bought 6 months again I dunno?). He told them the story and proof of purchase, and no one believed him. They would just say "But we see you already have a membership. It must of worked."
He was continually transfered from different mods and wrote about 5 different messages explaining his situation.
He never got his money back, or the game time he deserved.

They shut down thier customer support. You cant acautlly type messages (like this) to them, unless its an appeal to a ban. And they are pretty much saying no to all them, using a computer.
This is coming from a lvl 97 [w/ summoning. Think its 97], who has around 60m total on that game. Been playin for like 4 years but quit recently cause they're just starting to get outrageous. Getting rid of pking, then customer support, then getting all strict on everything, and still theres people who do the same stuff as before..

Jagex had a good reason to get rid of PKing or it would've been seriously screwed, because Jagex had to face responsibility for the troubles and credit card fraud victims face that the RWT'ers are hand-waving away. If they hadn't got rid of the "Wildy" as we had known it, Jagex would've been up to their necks in CC refund charges because a majority of gold buyers were using stolen credit cards to make their purchases, and some gold sellers were using stolen CCs but for the latter.

I don't know about that, Jagex has a bad rating when it comes to helping its members. Not getting my point. It's not in any companies interest to purposefully be mean to or ignore their customers. It may have a bad rating due to errors, but the errors are not intentional. Or should not be. If they are then they lose custom on purpose and that would just be silly. Hope that made things clearer. I played Runescape for many years and I've been both satisfied and annoyed with their customer support over that time. My friend once paid $40.00 USD for 6 months membership. I've had billing trouble before and a response to the email (directly to their accounts department) sorted it out for me

Taking $80 of someones money and not giving them something back and not even looking into why he can't get on as a member, disgusting...
