Having so much trouble with PHP.... [anyone]

Does anyone have some experience with PHP? I am trying to get everything up and running for my new site and i am just so lost. I have added a few codes like blockquote and i cant get them to work... strike through dont work either. =\ I am so about ready to pull my hair out.

If anyone wants to help me please do! I am also looking for a way to at the Invisionfree board code [dohtml]... if that is possible.

If you have any particular questions, you can ask as needed here. Are you coding these scripts yourself, or are you using pre-made scripts?

Blockquote and strike-through are HTML, not PHP...

i was trying to add it into the php board and have it where you could use [BLOCKQUOTE] And stuff like that... I just failed at it.

I was using a premade, but editable skin, and it all just didn't work out in the end. I had no clue what as I was doing.

Unless it has a section for adding custom BB code, don't.

I am not using it anymore, and.... it was php something or another. ><;; i need to retry it all now that i have a book on it.

its was PHPBB, with a pre-made datebase. I am actually messing around with it again.

If I have any questions at all, do I still have help here?
