The Chat Box/Shout Box/TagBoard

I'm seeking some advice if possible I'm from a forum that currently doesn't have a Chatbox but we seem to drift off of our subject into some really random things does a chatbox help to keep control of a forum and can moderators access and moderate on the Chatbox.Thanks in advance for any help.

I can only speak to the shoutbox added here. Admins can easily edit and delete posts in a single click. I keep ours tucked away in a Peekaboo side table to avoid clutter.

Great idea, Luv! I opened your shout-box, but couldn't see where to close it. May I add - your forum looks lovely! I have added myself as a Follower!

Hi, whisker.  Thank you for your kind compliment. I have 17 themes and change the default almost daily. I think you saw the Sealife Soother. 

You click on the same "click" to open and close the shoutbox. It stays to the left of the open box!

LOL! It took me a while to notice that the CLICK had moved out with the left-hand side of the shout box! Cute idea!

Thanks, Whisker.  But that's actually how the peekaboo slider plugin was designed. The "click" design is mine ~ the functionality is the plugin's creator.
