Will NON-ENGLISH Boards/Posts Violate TOS?

Hi I would like to start an international forum and have sections with different languages. I would like to know if having sections for different languages be a violation of ProBoards TOS? Would my board be deleted.

I saw this entire board in Spanish language so I guess there is no TOS problem, but I just want to make sure, someone on staff please let me know?

There are MANY non-english boards hosted by ProBoards, and they don't even violate anything!
This is.... bull****... pure racism.

I used to love ProBoards, but for now... I'm EXTREMLY disappointed.

Also, disallowing non English languages is not an act of racism. Language has no ethnicity. It could be counted as discriminate however the ToS are clearly defined.

Its not recism, its just if they are not in english how can the staff be sure what is going on if they cant understand it.

If it's one word, your forum probably won't get deleted.... like if I wrote

Hola people...went to the beach today. It was great. Blah blah. I doubt having ONE word would violate the TOS. However, like everyone said, forums MUST be in English.

It's right under content restrictions "User's message board and Web site must be in English. " Sorry.

I have an alternate idea.
Why don't hire "regional staff", who oversee boards which are in non-english forums?
Not enough moeny for it, right? Why don't promote some ordinary nembers then?
Like... one hungarian nember, into the hungarian staff, and stuff like that.

Proboards is a FREE service. Therefore, you must comply with THEIR rules.

If you want a forum where you have no language or content restrictions, why not create and host your own forum?
