I really like it as bright layout. However, I think you ought to change the colors of the text a little bit. It's a tad bit hard to read. Otherwise, it's very nice.  |

Well its because of how you've been using "position" don't use it unless you really need to, based on what i see of the design, most of it doesn't need positioning anything. Also table-less would be better.
But keeping it that way, this is the fix.
FIX:
#content : Remove the margin-bottom:90px from the table. IE doesn't like that.
#main: add padding-bottom: 90px;

I love the site! The textures and colors all look fabulous. It is a little on the grayish/dull side, but that is in vogue. I don't have any tips. I can't wait to see the resources if your site is that gorgeous! :]
