can i please be put on another server , 4 people cant even be on at the same time ! i know you all are free but good god .. I'll give you some money , just get me on something all my members can get on at one time...

there are more than just your 4 on that server. There's thousands of boards on one server. If this problem continues, I think Martyn will try moving some boards, but for the time being, try to bear with it.

Is that a fact, that you can't have 4 people on at once? Or are you guys just getting the TMC error? That isn't nessescarily your forum, it is for the whole server.

I don't believe the admin's will change your server. It has been asked before, and they don't normally say yes.

Well, in the event that you recieve the Too Many Connections page, it is because that the server your forum is on (51) is extremely busy. Keep in mind that it's not only you, there are thousands of other forums on that server at the same time. The reason the server displays that page is to keep the server from being too overloaded. When you get that page, we only ask that you be patient before trying to load whatever you're trying to view instead of immediately refreshing since that'll only cause additional strain on the server.

Proboards administrators will only relocate a forum to a new server if the server is closed to becoming strained, and you won't have a choice as to what server you are moved to if admins do decided to move you. Usually, when they relocate forums, it is probably the ones that is most active.

You won't get moved as request. Proboards staff only move the highest hitting boards.

no 4 people , on my board ! i know there are lots of fourms on 1 server , but any time more than 2 or3 are on mine at a time its like this !

but i do see what you are saying , this time a day is bad right ..

i don't see how you can get that Many ! lol.. you cant ever get on ! i had 1300 members on this same board , but we just moved here .. now we can even talk most the time..

Alot of you who arnt using a board on 50 and 51 dont seem to realize how annoying this is. Seriously its been 3 consecutive days that the servers have had this problem.

I'm on neither of those servers right now but i have a board in which i get TMC messages sometimes. Staff is aware of this issue and will handle it. For now all we can do is sit and wait for a admin to reply to 1 of the few threads about server 50 and 51. Everyone posting in the thread will not fix it. Just bumps the thread to the top of page in which staff works from oldest posts to newest posts.

Bookmark this thread and wait for a hour or few hours for a admin to reply.

Those servers are already being monitored....and forums have already been moved off those servers within the past couple days. You just have to bear with them as they monitor the server progress and move the forum's with the most activity to other servers....this is not something that can just be done at a whim.
