MLM and Member Question

Hello. One of my members started a thread called "What was the last thing you bought?" A game where members just post the last thing they bought. Is this in anyway violating MLM? Becuase that rule really confuses me

Also, one of my members (good friend) was here at my house, and I am the admin. is it okay if she as my member and I both log in and use my forum through the same computer?

for the second question, I see nothing wrong with that, unless you try to ban her IP

For the MLM bit, that sounds fine to me. And it should be fine if your friend logs in at your house.
