It is interesting, moderating grown adults who should know better than to do some of the things they do.
There is no pleasing everyone, I think the key is to be consistent in your expectations and in maintaining the rules equally among posters.
I have had people complain that there is too much moderation and I have had people delete their accounts because there is not enough moderation. Most likely these are attempts at manipulating the admin.
