Sky users: A workaround

Same with me. My forum has reverted back to the HTTP 500 Internal Server Error Page. Gone back to the :8080 fix which is working.

Same problem here as Jenant and Sipder Mike have reported.

Working fine in the early hours.

Tried to log in now, doesn't work. Had to revert to using temp fix, which thankfully does work.

The sky really is the limit

Just popped back to say that the 8080 is now working for me.

Please can we leave the 8080 in place, as it seems to be helping most of us?

I really appreciate having this option.

back to the same old problem no proboards pages loading up apart from this site. not even with the :8080 workaround

No access again for me today.

The :8080 fix is working for me though.

I had an email reply from SKY yesterday saying the issues were resolved, I have emailed them again just now saying they are NOT today. Haven't got the patience to attempt to phone them and listen to the cr&p that they will spout.

Thanks for the tip with :8080. I thought it was a problem with my browser so I deleted cookies yesterday, and it worked for about 4 hours from 16:00 - 20:00 UK time. However that didn't work today, so I am glad it isn't just my end, and there is a solution.

Mine was working late last night, not this morning, then late morning back on been off since about 10.30 what a nuisance.

website not loading as normal but fine with proxy or :8080

there are now two more sites that I cannot visit as of 3am

and zshare.net

can visit both with a proxy assume they are on the same port 80 ?, the last block did not stop these sites from working.

Yes, it's broken again here on my Sky Broadband connection too. Temp fix and proxies work fine.

No Skype here but I can do tracerts etc., if that will be of any help.
