cannot scroll down...AGAIN!!!

[glow=rainbow,2,300]ok this happened to my other board and i had no idea why. here is what is going on...i am already logged in but i cannot scroll down at all the most i can scroll down is to my 'Welcome' signh please help me with this i think i have a faulty code in the main headers & footers because i was'nt in the global heders...etc. last time this happened somebody just gave my a couple of links to get into it. Headers / Footers Problems

If you are having problems with your headers and footers that prevent pages from being displayed, do the following:

Go to your board (e.g. your-board.proboards.com/)

Click on the LOGIN button.

Add "&NOHEADERS=1" onto the end of the URL (e.g. your-board.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=login&NOHEADERS=1)

Type in your username and password, click login.

Now change the URL in your address bar to be index.cgi?action=headersfooters&NOHEADERS=1 (e.g. your-board.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=headersfooters&NOHEADERS=1)

You will now be able to modify your headers and footers.

Well ne way thank you so much i keep doing that and making the same mistake, but i have no idea what i am doing wrong....
