I just think it's... amazing... and that's just one example of her photo manips.
Well the point is, I can use PhotoShop to do that, but it's so expensive. The only free program I can think to use is GIMP, and I want to download it, but Mom says I have to wait -_-
Are there any other free programs I could use to, with experience, get some awesome manip like this?
