Theres bound to be scripts like this out there but i have an idea to start a business site that lets customers bring in their computers and I install different OS for them (Legally of course ) So I guess what I need is a shopping cart that has drop down feature that lets you select what you want to purchase. But when the Item is selected theres a link next to it that lets me put the main sites info eg Windows 7 | Read features here Windows XP | Read features here Linux | Choose Linux OS here => Inside that link it would detail the Linux like Ubuntnu etc...

Look up "Shopping Cart" scripts. I take it you have no programming experience, in which case you'll want an entire script (the website is already made for you) and not just a shopping cart script made to add to a website.

And you're not likely to find specific shopping carts. You could however find an existing, open-source cart and modify it to your needs.
What programming languages are you familiar with?
