No. You could run it off your computer, but you'd have to leave your computer on constantly, make a deal with your ISP to assign you a static IP (sometimes at extra cost), the router would be a pain to set up, and it wouldn't be able to handle large quantities of traffic, on top of making your private Internet connection laggy.
