How to download skin

I am looking for premade skins, and I found a few that I like. The only way I can use them, is If i download them. How exactly do I do this. I obviously click Download, but what do I then do with it.

For example if I want to download this: forum.sz-ex.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=gfxpremade&thread=13516

UnRAR it (using a program like WinRAR, if you can't open the file already). Open GlobalHeaders.txt and copy-paste the contents to your global header. Copy MainHeader.txt to your main header and GlobalFooter.txt to your global footer.

For the images (e.g. Buttons), you'll need to upload them yourself to a website like www.imgur.com
Then copy the URL of each image the corresponding section under Edit Images for your ProBoards template.
