Role playing board; help with design

Hello everyone im about to start an Assassins Creed type Role playing board. The problem is im not good with grahics and coding and such so my board would look very bland and bland boards equal no members and with no members there will be no site :,,,,(. I was wondering if there was anyone who was good with all that technical stuff who would be willing to help me get the board all nice and fancy and even maybe join the site. Is there anyone out there who likes Assassins Creed and/or Rp sites that is willing to help?

Finding people to help you out with your forum is not an easy task, especially when it comes to finding an experienced coder.
