Okay, we need to set some things straight. I wrote this all before the day portion of the round, so hopefully I'm still alive to post it.

What's killing this game right now is too much privacy. And before I get into it, if you're the doctor or nurse, privacy IS important. There. I'm not asking you to reveal your roles. The privacy in this game that I'm against is that there is one alliance that is controling mostly everyone.

Aether has an alliance that branched out to three other members. Those three members branched out to gather data, make their own side alliances, etc. I don't think Aether's a mafia member because taking on such a big role is too risky. What I DO think is that someone who's also calling the shots is a mafia member. This leads me to the two ideas inherently wrong with this type of alliance.

1) Mafia member involvement is almost certain. The best position in this game for a mafia member would be to have high control over others (such as in this alliance) but without the big target as the head of the alliance. The mafia would skew the information Aether is collecting in order to help cover themselves and their allies, making it so much easier for the mafia to impersonate legitimate roles.

2) Aether's method of polling the roles of people is flawed. He didn't ask everyone. I know he didn't ask me and at least some others. That leaves the perfect gap for mafia members to sneak into the role list to impersonate those not polled.

See what I'm getting at? IDK if Aether's a mafia member, probably not, but someone in the organization is.

Also, Phaelyn's alliance from 404 is similar. Just less organized.

Phaelyn removed her post asking me where I got the info I made in my big post last round. It was from one of those high up in the Aether alliance. I'm still trying to figure out if I should reveal the role because after my little 'ultimatum', the person claimed they were the doctor.

Yes, I did remove it, because you posted before I did and I looked silly. Personally, I have my suspicions about a few, but I'd rather not put anything out there till I can write something coherent.

Gee, I hope I don't get killed since it's been revealed that I've been very active outside of this thread, Trill.

Anyway, before the day gets too far into it, let me list my suspects.

1) Dom. He's remained very inconspicuous, and I haven't really been able to get a good read on him. But yesterday some his posts caught my attention.

In both posts, he seems to be actively lurking, which means posting without really saying much. And he seems to be moving a direction without being decisive. I also have a small hunch that his neighborhood watch copy is less than legitimate. And I will agree that all of this is mostly circumstantial.

2) Robert. He was not the first to be killed, and while that didn't say much to me then, it kind of makes sense now. I defended him before on this basis, but since he was moved out of the limelight, he seems to have disappeared except to vote or post being asleep.

Wow, I totally forgot about the notes I took about Ren's death. Before we get too caught up on ZAR, who wasn't very active anyway, we should look back in hindsight with Ren. Who was protecting her, who wasn't? And for both rounds in which she was a suspect.

I noticed that BEFORE there was a majority on Ren, Capitan and iCraft were trying to protect her by saying things like "I really don't think she's mafia..." yeah, but how would they know to trust her that early anyway? Then AFTER there were lots of votes for Ren, they still argued slightly to switch over to someone else. And later, once Ren was like an inch away from being lynched, those two switched over. Doesn't that sound like mafia? They try to protect her at first but had to abandon ship and vote for her as to not act suspiciously.

Aether was also anti-vote-out-Ren, but idk. Aether's too complex.

But with Dom. I understand why you would say what you are but he may just be like me...totally confused. I didn't know if Ren was mafia either...

I would support a vote for either Dom or Robert...does anyone else have suggestions?

I don't like that you revealed their identity, thereby cutting down the choices of who they are substantially, you know, in case the mafia would try to kill them or something...
