I was trying to code the drop down menu in my 'quick links' sidebar at searchndestroy.proboards.com and messed up somehow, but whenever I try to fix it I get a screen that says:

"Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
request failed: URI too long"

What do I do?!
And the only way I can access my global headers/footers is by my history; otherwise, it just directs me to the main page...

I really don't want to lose this site.
What do I do to fix this, please?<3

I was able to access my headers/footers through a URL on someone else's thread that was given, and I'm assuming the URI problem was because I was accessing it through my history and had already saved it, so it copied it twice and was therefore too long...or something....either way, the problem was the fact that I couldn't access my headers/footers page. And I did.

To regain access to the headers/footers, use the method described here: [no_admin].

I would recommend replacing the drop down menu HTML with this code: wormocodes.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=codedb&action=display&thread=816 It really helps to avoid form HTML errors that seem to be fairly common.
