I was forced to use Firefox last year when I did my last course with the Open University....
It used to give me messages like "you are not allowed to cut & paste with Firefox"
What's the use of a browser that won't let you cut and paste?? LOL!

Okay, after reading for a bit, it seems like this is a common issue with Chrome under certain setups on the server the images are being displayed from. I couldn't find anyone with a fix for it so it may be intended behavior.

I'm not too familiar with Chrome myself, and a quick Google search didn't give me much to work with. Have you tried increasing the maximum size of the cache? (Most browsers have that setting somewhere.) If it's too low then it might be discarding the information.
Also, is this happening only on one or two sites, or everywhere?
