Banner under Sub-Boards

I don't know how to put a picture on the top of the board under a sub-board. Sort of a banner for that sub-board. Can someone please tell me how to do this.

No, that is just the regular banner. For example my site is about one piece, so lets say under North Blue I want to put a picture about the 11 islands that I have but on top of the islands.

So you want a picture straight underneath the link of the particular sub-board? =/

Will I have seen them but I cannot find it again so I will try to describe it more. Let's say that you click North Blue Islands in my site. You will have the main banner on top, then under that will be an ad, so I am wondering how to put a picture in the area of the ad, like I saw on one or two other sites.

You can use HTML to place an image that will only show up when you click that board, as a "second" banner. If that's what you mean, just use

<img src="URL TO IMAGE HERE" />

In the headers of the board you want.
