blue potatoes

would you eat one? (i don't know if they're naturally blue, or if they've been painted/died. but still)

i seriously googled blue potato. don't ask why. i was bored. xD

They are real, farmers grow them and I watched a show about some farmers who had a resturant and sold "Liberty Fries" which had naturally blue/purple, red(the inside and out), and white potatoes.

Just another fun fact, carrots are not originally orange, the were just bred to come out that way. I think they were originally purple actually

thats just weird and not right at all.potatoes are suppose to be "white" on the inside.everything else is just wrong ;D

The are not painted. They grow that way, and yes I would eat them. They have been around for years.

Heh, that's epic. Definitely would try those fries!

They probably taste like regular potatoes, just makes you want to think otherwise because of it's color.
