Box inside a box?

I just wanted to know how to make that box with the word's highlight code on the bottom in a post? So I can put a list or application inside that box for member's to copy and past in a separate post. Does anyone know what I'm talking about I just want to know how to make one of these or do you need a code to put in header's and footer's to have this?
