Well, I have a skin that is a work in progress, but I got the majority of it done. Yes, it is on my test site. I'd like suggestions and feedback about it. If you have suggestions for any of the tables, go for it. Although, the Staff and Awards side tables are work in progress (And are aggravating me to the extreme ). I would love feedback about the graphics on side tables, and the tabbed table. And even the border-around-forum. Just any feedback about the basic layout (don't forget it's a TEST SITE) is wanted. (And other feedback as well. =3)

Reeeeaaallly hard to read black on that maroon/dark red, I would change any black areas to light gray or white that are text, at least. Maybe get some menu buttons, or make the menu text lighter? It's hard to read those too. Nice organization and layout of the boards, and a nice approach to the background. The scanlines bring a nice effect.

Agree with Smangii 100%. I would not want to be on that site with the text so hard to read.

I'm also not a fan of the dark maroon and black together. It makes it almost look like your side tables are in disarray because there isn't much distictions between the two colors. Maybe just the most subtle border color change from black to #111111?

The cat titles are huge and in your face. Way too big. I'd say they'd look nice about the same size as your side table titles.

The blockquote in the first table (manual scroll bar area) almost looks like a mistake in coding with such wide gaps on either side. Maybe add small amount of padding around that instead of using blockquotes, besides, it looks like you didn't close it anyway.

Also you have a lot of html coding mistakes like this...

should be this....

Othewise, you have a pretty typical layout with a very pretty banner and your colors reflect the mood you probably want. Just need to make the text readable. I just now noticed the cbox on the side. Probably would have totally missed it had I left your site one second sooner. The text on that is very hard to read,and again, the slightly lighter bordercolor and/or readable text probably would have helped me see that hidden side table.

I guess it just depends on the brightness of the screen and type of browser. This will be taken into consideration. I appreciate it. =D

But, the chat box as a sidetable? O.o no, its not on the side.... Its supposed to be under the boards.

Sorry, my mistake. It is the word count not cbox.

I agree that it does depend on what browser you are using or how bright your screen(<<<mostly this) is and that is something one should consider when using colors that are very close in density.

Anyway, your're welcome. I can see you put a lot of effort into your skin/layout so don't be too discouraged about my comments because you have a lot that is good.

Thank you. ^^ And I'll have to check how bright my screen is, as I have it very bright, I suppose. xD I for some reason, instead of using blue this time, I decided to use red (I hardly ever dis-include blue in my skins since I adore the color <3).

And I have the skin set in. The word Counter toggle box is fixed, and it looks better than the one on the test site.

And as for the padding, that is a good idea. ^^ But, I'll have to wait until I have a lot of time on my hands, seeing, as I'll have to take out all the blockquotes >>. But patience is key =)

Text colors, and text size. Other than that, looks like a good skin.
