10 per day and when they feel like sending more, they do.

Actually Patrick, I came across a forum, and a V5 closed beta tester posted his username and password to get past the authentication page, as I guess he really wanted to show his members V5. Honestly, you make it sound like I did something wrong; I didn't. I did what any other person looking forward to ProBoards V5 would have done. I of course tried it out as I wanted to see V5, and that was my chance.

you kinda did. It's against TOS to use someone else's account, or share your own password.

I didn't really use someone else's account, I wasn't logged in to anyone's account when I accessed the V5 forum. I'm sure I could have logged in to that user's account, but I logged into my own, once I was actually on the V5 forum. If I did break the TOS, I didn't knowingly do it. I also didn't share my password.

Account sharing is prohibited by the ProBoards Terms of Service (section 8). We have already removed Beta Testers for violating our terms.

I just sort of took advantage of other people breaking the TOS, which I didn't realize was against the TOS in the first place. Has the TOS had any changes in the past six months or so?

You may not use the account, user name, or password of any other member at any time.

I don't really think that would be considered an account, user name, or password. Also, I didn't agree to any contracts when I first accessed V5, so would that even be representable?

Actually, the passwords were sent out via email, sender of the email was 'ProBoards' so yeah, it kinda does fit into that part of section 8.
