Forum URL: shadesofvertigo.proboards.com/I'm having some trouble getting the money "hack" code to function on my forum following the application of a new skin / layout. Both my Forum Design Mod and myself have been through the headers and footers over and over looking for the issue, but without success. Instead of displaying the money ("Points") count in the user's mini-profile all I get is an '[M: insert number here]' in the Custom Title area. The current code being used is this one, though this was the code being used prior to the new skin/layout, if that makes any difference. My FD Mod, the originator of the current forum design, has even tried it on a test forum; for some reason the money code works fine there but not at all on the main forum, despite the headers / footers being exactly the same. HELP!

HELP!Have you tried clearing out the [M:value] stuff manually? That is left when the Money Hack v3 code is removed from the headers/footers, and so that's why you won't get that error on the test site unless you added/removed that code there as well.

I've removed all of the leftover [M: value] tags but there still seems to be a conflict. No value for Points is showing up in any member's mini-profile still. Is there an additional step to purging the remnants of the v3 code?

Small observation but I'm not seeing karma enabled on the "main forum" but is enabled on the test forum. A code that uses karma may want that option enabled in order to work... We are to admit no more causes of natural things than such as are both true and sufficient to explain their appearances. Therefore, to the same natural effects we must, so far as possible, assign the same causes

You're welcome and it's just a case of being unable to see the trees because of the forest (occam's razor), I myself am in no stretch blameless in that regard...
