Love it.
Not 100% on the menu button font, and I reckon "Recent Threads" needs to line up with the boards a bit better, but apart from that it's brilliant.

Really well done. In terms of content, is this going to just be a base page? If so, do you have what a regular page would look like?
Upon second look, my eyes are drawn to the artwork of the week almost constantly. If this is on purpose, keep it, but if not, consider making some of the header's text a bit more flashy. Maybe some embossment to make them pop out more.
