It isn't. I just checked it to make sure but there is no blockquote within that post.

Jumping in for a sec. This has been puzzling me because the blockquote that is automatically being applied to the code tag is wonky. It isn't Todges code at all, I'm fairly certain, because not only am I able to replicate this but this member is also having the same issue and doesn't have Todges code that I can see.

This seems to have fixed it for me:

blockquote{width: 98%;
}
</style>

Maybe tweak the 98 to a smaller width if it doesn't work on your site. Worth a try. Sorry Todge, just couldn't resist looking into this issue.
