I still see the css forum resize in your header and the form bit I said to remove. The CSS resize you have align="left" in it which is why your forum is left.
<div align="left" style="align:left"><div style="width: 700px" width="700">
You need to remove those and leave them removed. There is a proper way to resize things, which I'll help you if need be.

Looks like you removed the css forum resize but forget about removing the form part I said. Not sure how I missed you do have a form there. Sorry about that.
Do you need help resizing things then?
Edit: I'm looking for the issue making the ads to the right top like they are. Give me a bit.
It is the border around the forum code you are using. I can't find a copy of it but your really don't need it. You can just do your border using your side tables.
If you want to do it that way I'll help you but I have to run for a bit.
