The Island - Day 1

*wakes up and go looking for my bags. i found a nice backpack and stuff my stuff in it. walking to the galley of the plane to find some food and drink, start to walk to the west.*

[B L I Z Z]

I shall follow and head east

[Derek‽]

I'm gonna be a rebel and head west.

[Ryan Roos]

I wake up in the morning to find my fire has burned out.

I notice that everyone has gathered into small groups and has decided to explore. I decide to join the largest group heading south. I introduce myself to some of the others.

"Hello, my name's Ryan" I introduces myself. A portly gentleman with flat hair introduces himself as Patrick, and a younger woman with long reddish hair, who calls herself Ren, jumps in on our conversation. Everyone else in the group is talking amongst themselves as we walk southward.

I run off to join the cool people people going south.

He nodded. "Name's Josh, Ryan." Josh sighed, thanking god he remembered that, but... ...that was all he seemed to remember. "I guess we're in on this little party together, huh? Names aren't the best way to know each other, but at least we're not just "Hey, you" anymore." His sarcasm was a nice perk to have, even if the situation was a little gloomy. "I'm pretty sure we'd get annoyed with that."

[B L I Z Z]

*B L I Z Z heads east with two others who he does not particular recognize or know.*

"Hey guys, I'm B L I Z Z." the brown haired, brown eyed male says as he introduces himself to the small group with a goofy smile.

Patrick continues trekking south with his group, wondering how big this island could be? He feels like he's been walking for days!

The OP says we're allowed up to three exploring posts -- is this per person, or does the 3 maximum apply to the group as a whole?

If it's per person, then Syko makes some sort of complicated hand motion to signal to his group that they should head farther east. If not, then we've already explored in three directions, and Syko angrily shouts for everyone to stay put.

Oh no! The narrator has vanished from the island! I had no idea the game would take such a twist!

The second post says that the day phase has a max of 48 hours, so it looks like the day has been over for, well, days.

I did not see this coming. Absolutely brilliant narrative technique. It's so much better than LOST.

Ryan has a sudden burst of memory. He remembers that if the plane hadn't crashed he would be home and that his wife would be having a baby this week. He also remembered this wouldn't allow him to play games online, especially ones with no narration. The realization set in that trapped on this island he would miss the birth of his daughter.

"Hold up, I've got to take care of some business" Ryan said motioning towards the bushes. His group paused a moment as he walked behind a tree. Ryan pulled out the gun he found in his jacket earlier.

*BANG*

I'm out. Too busy this week, about to be a dad IRL. And this game seems to have taken an unexpected twist, like we're actually stranded on an island. Good luck everyone.

PS My character really had a gun. I would assume its still in my dead hand behind the tree.
