Hello there Nixeon !
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
Your site is definitely one of the more well orginized Pokemon sites I've seen, they have a lot of boards, so I commend you on how well you ordered them so everything was easy to define and clean! Nice job!
Your theme is nice; however, it doesn't really scream Pokemon to me, and I think a big reason behind that is the fact the your images and your theme colors don't really match. For instance, the text color on your banner doesn't match any other color on your forum, which makes it look a bit random perhaps make a new banner that better matches the color of your theme or maybe change your link colors to the color of your banner text that may help to.
Another way you might considure to better define your site (make it overly clear its a Pokemon site) is to have some cool side bar image headers made ones that tie in with your banner, this will unify the site. Though if you do this, you may want to change your otm awards and staff info in the side bar into words as opposed to icons, so it doesn't slow down loading time and or make things look cluttered XD
Another small thing I noticed (and it could just be my browser) is that your border around your forum appears to be off, your side bar seems to overlap it on the right side of the site.
LOOKING DEEPER
I really can't say much bad here, really I have nothing bad to say. Your information is short and to the point, easy to read. Your plot is decent, its not the most unique, but its unique enough that very cool mini plots could be made using it as a base, it isn't overbearing so members have a lot of freedom.
ALL IN ALL
You put a lot of hard work into this forum and it shows clear as day, all the major things one needs for an RPG are there and well done. I really only saw cosmetic details that could be altered to make your site all the better!
