So, take this as someone who does not do forum-based RPG's (I'm a MUD girl myself) and from someone who knows absolutely nothing about pokemon...
I LOVE your forum. It is so easy to navigate and as someone who is 100% unfamiliar with this style of gameplay and with the universe it is set, I understood in less than 5 minutes on the site what it was about and how I would go about participating if I so chose.
I love your stats ranking feature and staff listing. My posters are a bit... competitive... and they would LOVE something like that.
I can tell that site admins have poured their heart and soul into creating this world, and it shows. The attention to detail in layout, in world-building, and in fostering a sense of community is evident.

Icons on the right = Cute/catchy
Category font = Nice
Postcount numbers = Too big for my tastes.
Stats = very organized. I like the color code.
Cbox = I like how you added avatars. Very nice.
