Why hello there! Since it has been over two years I've come back to update my review! Now normally an updated review is done through an edit to the original post but since it has been so long I'm going to post again and link this post to the one I had in my original. I think it is definitely safe to say your site has changed A LOT in this past time and I just feel like a new review is necessary. You do not have to update the review count - I will edit out the previous review.

So as per my new usual I'm going to do a breakdown. 


Appearance:

• So the first thing I wanna talk about is, yes I love this purple color pokemon. I love the theme you have going on, I think it fits the Shula Region really well. Red on black, really nice as well. However I would actually replace the placeholder icons for FOTMS with more colorful, maybe pictures of Ash, Misty and Pikachu or something because grey on black is an issue I do have sometimes. I think the color will definitely make the site more welcoming.
• I accessed the forum via my MOBILE PROBOARDS app on Android and was unable to load some of the larger boards with more threads. I would recommend some thread cleanup.
• The members online area text is tiny! I mean really really tiny! Some forums have all capital case but I don't think you need that. But maybe having one or two sizes up can help but it's actually kind of hard to read, especially because the names are long(er). The bigger the font, the more we care and it brings more openness to a form and makes it more inviting. 

Tips:

• I would maybe do a little board cleanup. I mean wow your arcade has over 1k posts! By comparison it makes your roleplay boards look a little shabby and I know there are some people out there who gets the impression "oh this is just one of those ooc socializing roleplays" so that's always something to think about. Also on a similar note - the graveyard with 1k posts. That looks a little scary as in the site's kind of old and "used" feeling. I would look to hide the post count there or make it member only access. 
  
  

Other:

• The only one I have here is your chatbox and I see you are now using chatngo which has benefits and disadvantageous but mainly over several visits to your site I've found the cbox to be a little uninviting. Perhaps you can open up the area by re-sizing the height a little bit. That could potentially mean removing the cbox banner and taking up a little more room and that makes it look very welcoming. Before I join a site I always make an appearance in the cbox first and I was a little intimated here.

So, I know I was maybe a little more picky and harsh this time around and I did input a lot of personal opinion here. The reason is I really do think the site has improved so much and it's grow a lot since I saw it many years ago and that is something that is 100% true and I know the struggle of having a long term site and I really want to see Shula go on and sometimes I think the best way to attract is to retentive a little, a few appearances changes here and there, some cleanup and I think that really helps bring forth a new life onto the site.
