THE SKIN.
I really like the skin. Everything is still easy to read, and the colours co-ordinate and match nicely. There's no straining to see links or text on any pages that I visited. I find that when joining and looking for a site to go on, bad skins drive people away. If text is hard to read, most won't bother to read through anything and leave right away. Your skin looks really nice.

THE CONTENT.
Everything was very easy to find, which is good. I might suggest moving the Graveyard to the bottom of the page, as having it at the top in 'let's get started' is a bit of a contradiction. I think a couple proof-reads is in check, as I find that there are a few small typing errors. (Others might not notice that, but I tend to pick spelling/grammar to pieces.) For example, Help Center has no spaces between it. This could be purely intentional, I wouldn't know for sure. I also would like to add that in the Staff box in the side bar, it might be nice to have their name under the picture, and have the name as what members would click, as the images are somewhat confusing and if they are looking for a link to a specific staff member they might have difficulty doing so.

OVERALL
Overall, I give your site about a 9/10. There's just a few minor things that are not to my taste, but everyone has their own opinions, right? I don't think there is anything that will drive members away.
