So I have 2 questions..
1) I just noticed that one would have to either manually input a username or copy/paste a username in order to send out a PM to say about 20-40 people - is there anyway that might change to how it is in the current version? It just makes it easier to simply copy and paste the minimum number of allowed username's into the box at once rather than one at a time. Maybe have an address book to where you can select via check box to make the process faster?
2) When in a thread, will the floating table at the top (the one that appears with the thread's name when you scroll down) have a hide option? Will it be removed altogether (just the section that display's the thread's title) or is it staying the way it is? I only ask, because currently it seems too bulky for my taste, and leaves you to only view a post and a half at a time especially with graphics in a signature section (at least in my case) unless you have a huge screen.

1) There's a limit to the number of people you are allowed to send to at one time as a regular member already to prevent spamming (admin and certain staff excluded). 20-40 people exceeds that limit. The new system is an address book. It is an improvement over the v4 system of just typing usernames without any confirmation of the recipients existing. Now you can type usernames or display names and select the users out of the search results, even identifying them by their avatar. If you want a list where you can go and check boxes, that already exists. Go to the members page check the boxes of members you wish to PM (up to 10 at a time for regular members). In the action drop down select send message. You'll be taken to a conversation creation page with all the recipients already attached. Additionally if you have the power to do so you are able to message entire groups by group name, which is even faster. Your request already exists. 2) The bar that scrolls with you in a thread containing the pagination and the search? It doesn't contain the thread's name. It is only 37px tall which is fairly slim. However if you find you don't like it you will have the capability to modify it however you wish by editing the forum template. You could even remove it all together. However I'd like to point out you will need to add some sort of pagination at the bottom of the posts otherwise you wont be able to switch pages without scrolling all the way back to the top. There will not be a minimize option by default. Though such a thing could be coded. v5 is coded to work for people running resolutions of 1024x768 or greater, though an admin can modify their forum to whatever specs they wish bigger or smaller. Things like bar placement, size, or hiding capability will all be under the admins control and each forum will be unique.

Especially about the part where one with the power can message entire groups. That is indeed incredibly convenient. Thanks!
