I don't know if it work as easily as I would like, lol. But would it be possible to say, when the servers are down, or a user gets an err bear, that they would the email address of the head admin for contact, just so they can find out whats going on. Idk how useful it would be lol. Just a thought.

The problem I see with this is that maybe the head admin doesn't want his email to be released and he or she may want it to remain private.

Well. I guess they could have an option to have it show or not?

Email addresses are private in v5. And the main admin of the forum can't do anything to change that situation.
The instant that anything happens with servers ProBoards staff are automatically notified and are working on fixing it. I mean instantly. It's crazy how fast the response time is. That means that recovery will always be as fast as possible. Having the admin's email is only going to spam the admin's email inbox. And worst case scenario cause the admin to spam us (potentially slowing down the recovery if we have to suddenly deal with an influx of admins in support).

I didn't think it would be done. Lol. Thanks Ryan

A more detailed error page indicating our progress however would be an interesting addition.
Since the head admin of a forum would have no extra information anyway, that might be more useful

Martyn just volunteered himself some work. The entire dev team is busy trying to work towards v5 launch so they won't be working on that.

Lol. I'm with Ryan. Save it for a v5.x so that v5 can hurry and get here.
