Instead of releasing codes as they are now, some developers will be releasing plugins (and I believe ProBoards has confirmed a database of them, not sure when it is to be released though).

A lot of them will need to be editted to suit v5. And some can be done with template modification. And alot of them will be replaced with plugins.
