Adding background images posting page v5

Is it possible to resize a background div? So the image would be resized
Or how I could resize it to show on the posting ie, the height and width

I'm Happy testing on v5 pb beta forum would like to try and resize the background on the div above if that's possible

I new I would get their in the end - it's all trial and error and all the fun of testing v5
