The issue is that you have a blank message. You haven't added a title or body, so it shows as a blank message.

Oh what's that cause I had a news feed up there with this one. So how do I rid this blank message cause I tried to.
Off to see what I didn't do. And I had the news feed disabled to.

It's a blank message with no title or body, enter something in and you will see. If you do not want it to show, delete it, or change the "Enable" option.

I did disable it again, but it won't go away.

Still shows as "Enabled" for me...
proboards.plugin._plugins["pixeldepth_global_msg"] = { settings: {"msgs":[{"unique_key":"","enabled":"1","show_for_group":"all","show_for_group_2":[], ... };
Add a title and body.

I added a title and body, but now there are two news feeds. One is frozen and won't leave me. Also note nothing can be added to it.
Should I call on Support ?

You didn't delete it, you disabled it, but that works as well. Just make sure you enter something into the "Title" and "Body" fields when you enable it next time.

Peter How can I make the GM title background an image instead of a basic color?

@hadesolympian,
Possible, but you will need to use some CSS. Make sure you enter a unique id for the message, and then change it in the CSS...
div.container[data-pdgmsg="UNIQUE ID HERE"] .title-bar {
background-image: url("YOUR IMAGE"); }
