Request Plugin - Hide Show Shoutbox

Add a simple "Hide Show" text added to the shoutbox that when clicked it will hide or show the shoutbox

And remember the setting until it is clicked again to hide or show the shoutbox

(This would be more suited for those who have the large shoutbox at the bottom of the forum)

To hide or show - To expand it or collapse it = To hide or show the shoutbox on the forum

For those members who may not want to see the shoutbox they could hide it

Hi, Peter

I keep getting the small Er bear pop up due to server issues we could not load this forum (SOMETIMES)
when scrolling down the forum then clicking to collapse/expand the shoutbox
When I click on the forum link - the forum loads fine...

Not sure as it expands/collapses it moving the ad at the bottom That maybe causing the problem

It hides and shows with no problem - it sometimes the small er bear pop up appears when it expands collapse

just Tried a few times it when it collapse/expands the shoutbox

The plugin sets a key value (AJAX call), so it could be something ProBoards side, as I very much doubt the plugin will cause that type of error on it's own.

Thanks. Still getting the hang of things. I also saw that we can disable the shout box.

Waiting to see if we get new side tables and requested help in placing a slider or carousel on my forum. Tried using the chat room code from the old forum but that does not work either. Hopefully a plugin for that coming soon.

The vast majority of v4.5 codes won't work in v5, just because of the way the system's now coded.
It's early days still, so while there is a small amount of plugins/templates mods kicking around, it's still just the tip of the iceberg.
