I think what will most likely be the case (I assume), is you will be able to set specific wages for specific groups, or possibly even ranks. Not sure Peter is even sure of this yet, as he noted the above is not his final. I am sure he'll think of stuff, change stuff etc etc before releasing.

petera while back there was a bug and the interest earned went mental. You promptly fixed but now all my members bank statements are way out! I manually adjusted their money correctly, but the statements all show a massive negative number. I know that I could remove plugin and delete data then re install, but as I have alot of members, to re adjust each account would be murder. Is there anything you can add so we can sort this? Cheers xLc

xLc, Am not sure what I could really do. I could write something into a custom version of the monetary system just for you so that it clears everyones transaction list, but that would be a gradual process as not everyone may be active for it to work. Though with transactions, the more the member uses it, it will disappear, as it only stores the last 5, so tell them to deposit and withdraw a few times, and it will fix it.

xLcEasiest way to fix it for now is to run this bit of code in the address bar on the bank page... javascript: (function(){pixeldepth.monetary.bank.clear_transactions();})(); Just paste it in as a URL, and it will perform an update on the key data. Refresh the page and they should be cleared. I might add in a "Clear" button for the transaction section, so people can clear their recent transactions if they like.

xLcUnfortunately, yes. Or wait until 0.6.1 is out, as I will likely include a way to clear them. Up to you if you wish to confuse them

ChrisDidn't know that existed. No use to me, but still cool . I discovered it myself under similar circumstances while trying to get someone to run a javascript command from the location bar. It seems there was a growing concern that users were being duped into running malicious scripts and this action by Gecko actually followed actions already taken by IE and Chrome. Press CTRL+SHIFT+K in a recent Firefox version and you might be surprise

ChrisI prefer Firebug than the default tools shipped with the browser. So are bookmarklets no good anymore? I read that bug report, but couldn't tell if they have made them obsolete my disabling the protocol.

Bookmarklets are still working (I use a few on my toolbar) and yes I am much more used to Firebug so tend to use it although it is a memory hog after a few hours which makes me reconsider if I should not familiarize myself with the native one.

xLcMost of the companies are from the NASDAQ exchange. No reason for them to be from there, I just picked companies that are more of a household name. If you have any that you think would be ideal from the FTSE indexes, let me know. What about any of these: Facebook (FB) British Gas (BG) Kingfisher (KGF) Sainsbury (SBRY) Next (NXT) (this would interest my members!) Just a few of my members requests/suggestions
