The button on the end, the admin button on my screen, has this overhanging piece. When I hover over it it claims to be a link to the home page... It's weird. Here's a picture of it: And here is a link to the site so you can check it out: pokemontherpg.com/forumIt looks like your forum's Home button is still rendering a blank button despite being disabled. The same thing happens with everything on your forum disabled. I reset your menu and added everything back in again and it appears to have returned back to normal.

For whatever reason, on one of my forums the plug-in isn't working (however, it's working on an entirely different forum). The menu is being displayed, but not the images I changed it to. I have all the same settings and images as the forum that it is working on, ugh. :c I tried re-ordering my plug-ins but it didn't affect it. For the sake of privacy, is it possible to pm you about this, Brian, if you don't have an immediate answer?

Hi Brian
Does this plugin work in conjunction with Drop Down Nav
support.proboards.com/thread/441050/drop-nav
When I turn on your plugin it seems to prevent the drop downs from showing any text?
Images show on the drop down but not text, any ideas ?
Cheers
Chris

Chris No clue. I've never used that plugin before so I'm not sure how it works.

Do I have to add the text to the buttons myself each time or is there a way to have the text show up on the buttons?

This plugin is used to replace the menu items with images, so it's assumed the text is included as part of the image. There is no setting to overlay the images with the menu item text.

Hey Brian , I love this plugin and have used it for the great majority of my themes. I used to use it in combination with Pebble's Easy Rollover Image plugin so that I could have the menu buttons be highlighted in some way when the mouse rolled over them. Unfortunately, when Photobucket went haywire, I had to find a different way to upload my images. I learned that I could upload the menu buttons directly to each theme (thank heavens, hahaha). The problem is that when you do that, PB changes the name of the file, which in effect renders the rollover plugin unusable. I was wondering if there was any way you could add a feature to this plugin to allow me to input the menu button URLs and then maybe beside them have the rollover image URLs so that it would have the same effect as using the rollover image plugin? If that would be too hard or too much work, I totally understand and will just keep trying to get someone else to create a plugin that will allow for rollover images with this plugin. Thank you in advance for considering this, I truly appreciate your plugin, it helps to finish out a theme beautifully.

I looked at all of Pebble's library submissions and threads and I can't seem to find the plugin you're referring to. You can do both regular and rollover images without the use of either plugin, though. If both versions of the button are stacked in one image you can use CSS to specify it as the background image of a button and change the background position when hovering over the button, making one go out of bounds and placing the other where the original used to be. CSS selectors allow a lot of new things I didn't know about when I first made this plugin in 2012 that might as well render it obsolete.

Brian, thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it. I didn't know it could be done via CSS, I thought it had to be by plugin, hahaha! I don't really know much about CSS, but maybe someone in the template board can help me. I'll post there and see if someone would be interested in helping me to come up with the CSS for image rollovers for the menu icons. Thank you!

I looked at all of Pebble's library submissions and threads and I can't seem to find the plugin you're referring to. Hi Brian That plugin isn't in ProBoards Plugin library or in any of the threads within the Plugin Library board of the support forum. It was a response to a Plugin Request: support.proboards.com/post/5012592/threadI considered adding links to completed requests in an additional post of my Quick Links thread but I was sort of burned out after compiling the links to the ProBoards library items and Plugin Library threads.

I'm having a lot of trouble with my latest forum using this plugin. Essentially I can get it to work, but can't get it to work with rollover images for some reason? This is very odd, because it's installed on an older forum of mine where the rollovers are somehow working, and I can't find any difference in the coding between the two. How can I get this to work? This is the older forum I used the plugin for: war-and-magic.proboards.com/This is the new one: starblazers.freeforums.net/ (You can see that I'm not finished with it yet, because I'm trying to figure out what I can actually use with rollover images)

I don't know what I've done, but somehow it's mostly working now, except that I still can't get the rollover to work on the "current page".
