It's on two lines, so it's essentially two of whatever line height you specified.

Ok so I have done that, but now the menu buttons don't show. They are now the text/links

My suggestion included adding in the regular welcome alongside your own and removing the comment from the code. I've done this for you and now the buttons have reappeared.

Not sure what you have or haven't changed because I was also changing stuff in the plugin rofl.
However, for guests, a login and logout button show on the right

Ok that's that fixed
Now finally for the menu alignment issue.


Height = the px below
61px (what it should be) makes the images blur, and cuts of SOME of the images but not all.
62px (shouldn't be, but is set to currently) shows the buttons correctly, but moves them up slightly (1px).

Do you absolutely need the login/register links in the welcome message?

Not exactly no, I just dunno what else to put there instead

Also, - different subject issue but not worth making a new topic for - is there a way to go to your PM Inbox, and for it to show ONLY your new messages?
So if I have 1,000 messages, but only 2 are new, is there a way to show that? I don't see it.

Simple solution: Add a 1px margin to the top of the menu buttons.

#navigation-menu ul > li { margin-top: 1px; }

And there's no way to do that without another plugin.

Glad you said it isn't possible. I had literally JUST posted the request feature, haha.

Thank you very much for this, Brian. It works perfectly. I had no problem installing it, just a bit understanding the settings, but it works great and did exactly what I wanted to do, which is make my buttons look like I want them to. I feel like I have rediscovered a dear friend.

The last update messed up my headings in the admin menu. They still show in the plugin but not on the page.

Looks fine to me. Can you tell me exactly where it's not displaying correctly?

The categories. They disappeared with the last update. For instance news feed shows on the menu, but not the "Settings" heading.

So I unchecked all the heading boxes, and the headings reappeared, but not as a heading in bold. When I rechecked the box they disappeared again.

I was actually considering a rollover background image, which would probably work off of the same lines of code if it were implemented. If I get around to working on that I'll see if I can work in a rollover image for the actual button.

Considering the rollover images, was the plan to have it same as a currently active button to always show?
(to understand me - if u click Home and look at homepage - the rollover image on Home button stays while hovering rest of the buttons, rollover image just shows. Same for rest that that lives you on board layout)
Other than that, its irreplaceable plugin!
