[Library Support] Easy Affiliate Table (UPDATED: 5/15/16)

®i©hie, we're using you affiliates plug in on our forum. We can use it on all skins perfectly fine except for the one with the border around forum edit being used.
We have several banners for other sites at the bottom of the main page, and when we add your plugin on the theme with the border around it, it creates a border around all of the other sites banners as well.
We've tried moving the plugins around, but it hasn't made a difference. The site is horrorsonline.proboards.com/. Any advice or help you could give would be great.

updates:

3/6/13 - added more extentions & you can now add invisionfree affs, and you can choose to have the invisionfree affs at the begiining or end of the other affs.

Great stuff.

There's a problem with it not showing in firefox

The actual affiliates that is, it shows the title and the image for the site but not the mini banners

EDIT:

I installed the newest version of this plugin and the border around the ads and the affiliate bar is now gone, however now I can't adjust the width of the table at all. It spans across the entire page regardless of the width setting.
Also, I've added our mini banner, but when you click it it says undefined.

EDIT: Just updated the plugin, but still having issues with this plugin.
Server numbers aren't being recongized by it, for z10, 13 both are invisionfree sites. Neither would submit

Hey, great code so far, but I'm having an issue "defining" my affiliate code. When members click it to copy our code. How am I to set this? I didn't see the option anywhere in the plugins settings. I am using the most recent version too.

there's currently a bug in the plugin for the copy aff portion.

i'll try to get all this done this week sometime.
