I got it working now how to set the colors as from like bg 1 or whatever so I dont have to change the colors if I alter the themes colors?

Are you wanting the colors to pretty much update themselves whenever you change the themes colors? Or just be consistent on every single theme? If it's the first. Then I'll need your v5 forum link.

Just an FYI I took tabs away on the v5 for now. Each "SKINS/THEMES" colors to be independent but within the theme I dont wanna have to change it in the theme and in the CSS part of the code. Like I want to be able to have it reference a certain color in the theme say BG 1 for a certain element no matter what color is in BG 1. |

I don't see what you did. The modification in my first post should have messed this up. Have you made any modifications to the board list template? Not to the Board List template. Have made changes to Global Footer (Move Shoutbox plugin) but that's it as far as I remember. Have added plugins, but none that 'should' have interfered with Board List. Hmm... nevermind, I'm sorry about that Shorty. Apparently it works now haha.
BUT. I would like to ask you if there's a way to remove the Category bar, since the category title is shown in the tabs? That way my categories won't be listed twice lol...
So instead of being attached to the Category bar, the tabs would be attached to the first board of every category.
Hopefully I'm explaining myself alright. Let me know if you understand!

I'm sorry for not answering your question the first time. I will look into it, and let you know what to do, FYI, you would still have to put the CSS in each theme. Also, can you add them back in, for the default theme please? So I can see which colors I need to reference from?

Selected Tab - CATBG
UN Selected Tab - TITLEBG
HIGHLIGHT - WINBG1
NEW POST IN CAT - WINBG2
I also want to start in my FIrst catagory..
If you need further assistance Just look at my V4 forum. Thats the effect I would like to achieve. Colors might of shifted but still the same.
Wait to here from you or others on how to achieve this maybe TODGE can help if hes around he helped me modify his v4 code so who knows.
My prob is I want to be able to alter the theme colors and not have to worry about editing the colors in the template as well. Like I wish the template css to reference a certain color no matter what it is.
