It'd be nice to hav ea built in Dyslexic option asking if Dyslexic or not. If so, change the font over to a more weighted font, for example this font: dyslexicfonts.com/
Some forum softwares have this implemented and some forums do, it'd be a nice option to have for dyslexic users and can increase attention paid to forums without dancing letters.
