Go to Themes > Layout Templates > Home and find this: Get rid of the excess line breaks and spaces before the last </div> so it looks like this: Once that's done it should start working. I'll have to make a note to fix that in the plugin. Thank you so much! Don't think I'd of figured this out on my own! Don't worry about it. Like I said, entirely my fault because I swear I used to have a regular expression in the plugin to match category names that accounted for line breaks and extra spaces, but I guess I removed it at some point. I'll have to add it back in for the next revision.

Brian Ok, so I need some help please. I can't get my top category FJ-09 General Forums to change color. The category under it will change just fine. I have it typed just the same but it will not change for me. Any Ideas? The site is FJ09.org

The site is FJ09.org If you go to Structure > Categories & Boards and edit that category you'll see that you have 2 spaces after FJ-09, while in your plugin you only have one. Both the names in the settings and the name in the plugin need to be exactly the same.

BeckyLu, try changing .shoutbox to .container.shoutbox in the code. I believe that'll ensure it takes priority. YESSSSS! That DID it Brian, thank you sooooooooo much! HAPPY DANCE!! Brian, I added a Twitter feed to the forum, as is explained here support.proboards.com/post/6012996/thread and it works great! But I'm back to the problem as I was having with the Shoutbox taking on the category color instead of staying blue (my original problem). I would like the Twitter feed title bar to stay blue (the default color) instead of taking on the category color. I thought if I put in "twitter-timeline" in place of "shoutbox" it would make the title bar of the twitter feed default to the theme color. no Then I tried taking off the work container, no luck. Put in data-widget-id instead of shoutbox, still no luck. What's the secret? Thank you!

BeckyLu, go to Structure > Headers & Footers > Global Header & Footer and find this line in your Global Footer. Change it to this: Then add this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet.

This works for two categories but doesn't work for the other two. I don't have a clue why since it works for both the first and last category I happened to create but neither of the second or third category created. jeremiahprinciples.proboards.com/

You can change these by editing your categories' settings in Structure > Categories & Boards. The category names you type into the plugin also need to be exactly the same as what you entered.

They are exactly the same. I've retyped them a few times to make sure they are exactly the same.

Is there a way to increase the size of the category header? I have an image and it's super tiny.

Is there a way to increase the size of the category header? I have an image and it's super tiny. Increase the line height of your categories' title bars using CSS. You can place this at the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet to do so. Note that this will also increase them for the sub-boards container above the thread list if you have any sub-boards on your forum. There's a workaround for that, though.
