Remove inner quotes from posts option

If you quote a single post where the person you are replying to has quoted someone else, there doesn't seem an easy way to remove the quote you don't want in the visual editor, maybe a 'remove' option would be good, something like an X top right of the quote you want to remove
I know you can highlight and delete, but when i tried that just removed the content of the quote, not the author

I'll add this to the ideas list, but really you could just click over to BBCode mode and cut it out.
