none of this stuff is gonna convert is it? every thing should be copied somewhere. there should be a sticky to bring it to everyones attention that they should keep copies of the stuff theyre doing now

Take this part,

I agree <input type="radio" name="agreement" id="agree" value="Agree">
I disagree <input type="radio" name="agreement" id="disagree" value="disagree" checked>

and replace it with

<input type="radio" name="agreement" id="agree" value="Agree"> I agree
<input type="radio" name="agreement" id="disagree" value="disagree" checked> I disagree

Find this part of the javascript code.

replace the red with

/thread/433602/plug-request-agree-button-rules and then I have the whole code in a an html box on the custom page.

What is the custom page and how do I access it? Sorry, but I was thinking it was a header/footer or perhaps a plug-in, so I am a bit lost with your instructions.
