I'd like to second this request, please. 

It is very handy for members who delete their account (usually by accident) and then rejoin.  Amend their post count and it is almost like they never left.

It is also handy for old forums who move to ProBoards from elsewhere.  They can bring their original start dates with them.  It is an excellent argument for moving their forum here rather than some other host.

Thanks, Shorty!  I tried my own profile and another longtime member who had two logins.

It displays my start date properly in the profile and mini profile, but the members list is a different kettle of fish.  It alternates between the actual join date for this particular forum (we moved) and the adjusted date.  I can't pick up a pattern, but I'll keep looking.

Additionally the gal with two logins, one profile is correct, but the other is not.  The one that has the adjusted join date correct on the profile also says she was last online that day, which is incorrect.  Her visibility is not set to "invisible" so that probably isn't why it picked that date.  And again, the member list is erratic.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. 

Her other login uses the actual join date even though it is entered on the same record in the plugin and should be identical.

Does that make sense?

Celeste, the members list is an issue. I think it's because it uses Ajax do its stuff. I can try to fix that. Also can you link me to both of the girls profiles? I don't know why it's doing that. It all worked fine when I tested it, but none the less, I shall fix it. Sorry about that.

Your request to see the profiles reminded me of something.  I have code to hide profiles from guests.  I wonder if that is interfering with your plugin?  Let me experiment with removing the code this evening, Shorty.  I'll get back to you when I know more.

Sorry, I got delayed getting back to you, Shorty.  The electricity went off and I didn't have enough battery power to run experiments!  It was down for several hours.

Anyway, I got your plugin working.   

It wasn't the hidden profiles at all.  I had to momentarily disable Todge's smiley plugin, then start it up again. 

Still some irregularities with the member list, but it does work some of the time.  I did notice that when the member list works, the type size is much larger than the one used by default.  I don't know if that can be corrected at some point or not.  Just FYI.

I got the members list to work properly, but for some reason Firefox and IE will not inherit the styles like I'm asking it too. I will try to get that fixed and then will give you an upgraded version.

Yes, I did!  They are working together, except for the member list on the join date, which you know about.
