Image Security

This plugin will help protect any posted images from being copied off your forum.

It will attempt to protect any image over 50 pixels wide, unless you specify a different width in the settings. Anything below that the code will ignore.

Please be aware that it is next to impossible to make your posted images totally secure. If someone has the know-how, they will be able to circumvent this code and grab your images, this plugin will just make it harder to do so.

Thanks Todge - would it be possible to have a comment pop up when an image is clicked on please "This image is © All Rights Reserved" or similar?

I just need to figure a way round this code now so I can use posted images in a monthly competition......    would it be possible to exclude images in PM's Todge?

Try version 1.1.0, I have added an option to display a message, stopped it from effecting private messages and fixed some cross browser issues.

Thanks Todge and if I may add here, one can change the text color input within the Image Security Settings.

Example:

Yup, it should accept any HTML coding.

You should have an area for you to add a Copyright message.. What version do you have installed?

You need to use CSS..

Really pleased to see this plugin, as we are a photographic forum.

But alas!  It doesnt seem to work, or do anything.

I have enabled it to my forum.  But I can copy any image from the forum to my PC.

Also. I have  typed a copyright message in the box provided. But the type doesnt appear on any image that I copy.

What exactly should be happening ?

Sorry to be a pain in the butt Todge.... would it be possible to to enable Staff to right click and save please?
